The vacuum has automatically shut off and a red triangle with exclamation mark is lit. Possible causes: full dust bag, clogged filters, blockage in hose or brush. Clean or replace.

Red Bag Change Indicator

Dust Bag Full

The indicator shows the dust bag is full or incorrectly installed. Turn off vacuum, open bag compartment and check fullness. Replace bag with new one or ensure proper installation.

Red Comfort Clean Indicator

Filter Cleaning Required (Blizzard)

For Blizzard models: ComfortClean button lights up red, indicating need for filter cleaning. Press ComfortClean button for automatic filter cleaning with built-in system.

Yellow Comfort Clean Indicator

Filter Cleaning Recommended

For Blizzard models: ComfortClean button lights up yellow, warning of upcoming need for filter cleaning. Self-cleaning function will soon need to be activated.

No Response to Controls

Vacuum Not Responding

The vacuum doesn't respond to button presses. Check connection to power supply. Ensure vacuum is turned on at main switch (if present). Check fuse in outlet.

Low Suction Power

Weak Suction

Suction power is significantly reduced. Causes: full dust container, clogged filters, blockage in hose or attachment, damaged hose. Empty container, clean/replace filters, check for blockages.

Brush Not Rotating

Brush Roll Not Working

The brush roll is not rotating. Possible causes: broken brush belt, hair or strings wrapped around roller, drive damage. Check belt and clean roller of wrapped items.
